THANK YOU
GCI Chicago providers and staff extend a special Thank You to all of our patients, families, and colleagues as navigating the past 2-3 years was difficult as we faced new challenges in our personal lives and in healthcare. We understand how COVID-19 affected your daily activities emotionally, mentally, and physically. We are blessed to provide care to our wonderful communities.
GCI Chicago still requires a mask to be worn in the office as the CDC recommends this in health care settings.
GCI Chicago invites patients to bring one guest with them to an office visit. However, we are still not allowing guests in the Infusion Center due to the weakened immune systems of our patients undergoing treatment. We ask that if the patient and/or guest experiences any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, you reschedule your appointment. Also, we may reschedule your appointment based on recent travel or COVID-19 exposures. We ask for your honesty and patience as we adapt to new standards and processes.
CHECK YOUR SYMPTOMS
The health and safety of our patients is our top priority. Please be assured GCI Chicago is actively monitoring COVID-19 updates provided by www.CDC.gov.
As a reminder, we serve a population of patients who are at increased risk of contracting any virus and we ask that you monitor symptoms of any illness prior to coming to the office.
Please reschedule your upcoming appointment if you say “yes” to any of the following questions within the past 14 days:
1. Do you have a cough?
2. Do you have a sore throat?
3. Do you have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
